Kyoko a Mixed Collage Canvas

I had great fun putting this canvas together. It has lots of bits and pieces that I have worked on throughout the last through years. First of all, I used the Kyoko" paper doll from Julie Nutting's book "Collage Couture Studio Paper Dolls." I printed and cut her out. I used some origami paper for her clothing, I traced the lines from that book. I popped her up with soft pads on the back.

I applied the background scrapbook sheet to the canvas with Mod Podge. the various background cuts and pieces were cut with my Cricut and Cuttlebug Machines and I used an old pattern to cut the kimono by hand. The sentiment came from a piece of Graphic 45 scrapbook paper.

The canvas is sealed with a layer of Mod Podge over most of the areas.

Come again, I love making designer canvases!
